MEET MEL

Find out about Mel and what she is passionate about.

Mel loves movement.

Mel started her fitness career as a Les Mills instructor taking Body Combat, Body Pump & GRIT across the city of Melbourne. She obtained her Personal Training qualifications in 2010 and continued her study focusing on functional anatomy mobilizers & fascial freeing. She has worked hard to become an advanced fitness professional who uses smart movement, education and fun to achieve success with every athlete.


Mel is passionate about Psychology

Mel has a bachelors degree in Psychology from Deakin University, Melbourne and believes intelligent movement, engagement and fun are vital to a healthy mind. She uses her knowledge and skills as a Psychology major to coach clients in an individual and personalised manner. 

 

Health, Nourishment & Mel

Mel has always been passionate about promoting healthy food and a sensable eating patterns. She is currently completing a post graduate degree in Health and Human Development/Home Economics (Food Technology) through Home Economics Victoria and hopes to share her love for cooking and health through her blogs and cooking classes (coming soon)
